Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This website is run by CFL Trading Ltd, trading as PG4U, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17483371. Registered office: 189 Haworth Road, Bradford, BD9 6NX. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, what you bought and how much you paid.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, such as questions, returns or guarantee claims.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, recorded by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
Why we use it
- To take payment, deliver your order and send order emails, because we need to in order to fulfil our contract with you.
- To handle returns, refunds, guarantee claims and questions, for the same reason.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
- To keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it.
We don't send marketing emails, sell your data, or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments and prevent fraud. Stripe uses some data for its own fraud prevention, as set out in Stripe's privacy policy.
- Our website host (Cloudflare), which runs this site.
- Delivery companies, so they can deliver your order.
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads its fonts.
- Our accountants, HMRC and other authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based in the USA or process data there. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Order, payment and accounting records: 6 years, as required for company and tax records.
- Emails about returns, refunds and guarantees: up to 3 years after the guarantee period ends.
- Hosting logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually no more than a few weeks.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you leave and come back; it isn't sent to us. Stripe uses cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention. These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need your consent.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Some rights depend on the circumstances. For example, we can't delete records the law requires us to keep. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
