1. Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

• Email us before the 14 days end, with your name and order details. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll email you the returns address.
• You pay the cost of sending items back. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked service.
• We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of you showing us proof that you sent them, whichever is first. Refunds go to your original payment method.
• You may handle items only as you would in a shop, to check what they are and how they work. If an item is returned used, marked, damaged or not in its original packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect the lost value, up to the full price.
• Screen protectors: once a screen protector has been applied to a phone, it can't be resold. If you cancel, we'll treat an applied screen protector as having lost its full value.

2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order details and a photo as soon as you can. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include:

• Up to 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund.
• After 30 days, a repair or replacement. If that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, a refund, which may be reduced to reflect your use of the item after the first 6 months.

We pay reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or wrong items. Wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by misuse aren't faults.

3. Protecting your phone

Our cases and screen protectors are designed to reduce the risk of damage, but no case or protector can prevent all damage from drops, impacts, water or pressure. Our products are not waterproof. We aren't responsible for damage to your phone caused by accidents, drops, water or misuse, or by incorrect fitting.

Magnet safety: the case contains strong magnets. Keep it away from bank cards, hotel key cards, and implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, and follow your device manufacturer's guidance.

Nothing on this page limits our liability for faulty products, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and it doesn't affect your legal rights.
