You're buying from CFL Trading Ltd, trading as PG4U (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17483371, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE). Contact: [email protected].
These terms apply to everything you buy from pg4u.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Ordering and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay, including UK delivery, which is free.
- You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through and you see the order confirmation. If we can't accept your order, for example because of a pricing mistake, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
2. Pre-orders
- Items marked "Pre-order" aren't in stock yet. You pay in full when you order.
- We'll dispatch your pre-order within the time shown on the shop and at checkout, counted from the day you order. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- If we're going to miss that date, we'll email you before it passes with a new date. You can then wait or cancel for a full refund.
- If we can't supply your item at all, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full within 14 days.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it's dispatched by emailing [email protected]. We'll refund you in full within 14 days of you telling us. There's nothing to send back.
3. Delivery
- In-stock orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. If we haven't agreed a different date, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order.
- The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
- If your order doesn't arrive, email us and we'll look into it with the courier.
4. Your right to cancel
You can cancel any order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Our Returns & refunds policy explains how to cancel, how to return the goods and when you'll be refunded.
5. Faulty goods
If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See section 2 of our Returns & refunds policy for what to do.
6. Our responsibility to you
Our cases and screen protectors reduce the risk of damage but can't prevent all damage from drops, impacts, pressure or water. They aren't waterproof. Section 3 of our Returns & refunds policy sets out what we are and aren't responsible for. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.
7. Your personal information
We use your details only to process, deliver and support your order. See our Privacy policy.
8. Problems and complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, email [email protected] and we'll reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to your order.
